Программы корпоративного здоровья и благополучия становятся все более актуальными, так как дают возможность организациям не только управлять факторами риска в области здоровья персонала, но и снижать затраты, связанные с нетрудоспособностью сотрудников, а также способствуют росту производительности труда и вовлеченности коллектива. Фактически все больше данных указывает на то, что вмешательства на рабочем месте, в основе которых лежит скоординированный, запланированный и комплексный подход к укреплению здоровья работающих, более эффективны, чем отдельные традиционные мероприятия по здоровому образу жизни.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Целью данной статьи является описание основных подходов по развитию «здоровых рабочих мест», особенностей реализации корпоративных программ укрепления здоровья.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследование основано на анализе научной литературы, нормативных правовых актов. В качестве источника информации использовались открытые данные.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В статье рассмотрены понятие и основные компоненты программ укрепления здоровья на рабочем месте, зарубежные подходы, государственные программы и инициативы мировых кампаний по развитию «здоровых рабочих мест», особенности реализации корпоративных программ управления здоровьем.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Corporate health and well-being programsare becoming more relevant as they allow organizations not only to manage risk factors in the field of personnel health, but also to reduce the costs associated with the loss of ability of employees, and also contribute to the growth of labor productivity and team engagement In fact, more and more evidence indicates that workplace interventions based on a coordinated, planned and integrated approach to improving the health of workers are more effective than traditional individual measures for a healthy lifestyle. Target. The purpose of this article is to describe the main approaches to the development of “healthy jobs”, the features of the implementation of corporate health promotion programs.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The research is based on the analysis of scientific literature, regulatory legal acts. Open data was used as a source of information. Results.
