Статья освещает текущие тенденции в развитии информационных технологий в медицине, а также проблемы и потребности, которые могут быть решены с их помощью. Сформировано заключение о необходимости продвижения и применения информационных технологий в сфере здравоохранения с целью социально-экономического развития, улучшения качества и обеспечения всеобщего доступа к медицинским услугам.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить текущие направления развития медицинской информатики в современном обществе. Основное внимание уделяется использованию информационных технологий в сфере здравоохранения с охватом таких аспектов, как компьютеры, программное обеспечение, электронные медицинские записи, телемедицина и др. Анализ направлен на выявление текущих тенденций, изменений и нововведений в сфере медицинской информатики, а также на понимание влияния этих технологий на качество и эффективность медицинской практики.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Был проведен анализ российских и зарубежных открытых источников, включая рецензируемые профильные научные журналы, статьи из электронно-поисковой системы PubMed, Google Scholar, Elibrary.ru и отчеты российских и зарубежных аналитических компаний за 2015–2023 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проведенный анализ раскрывает проблемы и перспективы в развитии и внедрении информационных технологий в медицину Российской Федерации. Выделены тенденции и векторы развития сектора цифровых разработок, показана необходимость трансфера технологий из исследований в промышленность, интернационализации разработок, создания условий для инвестирования и защиты национальных стратегических секторов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. The article explores current trends in the development of information technologies in healthcare, as well as the problems and needs that can be addressed through their implementation. In conclusion, it emphasizes the necessity of promoting and applying information technologies in the healthcare sector for socio-economic development, improvement of quality, and ensuring universal access to medical services.Purpose. The aim of this analysis was to examine current trends in the development of medical informatics in modern society. The primary focus was on application of information technologies in the healthcare sector, encompassing aspects such as computers, software, electronic medical records, telemedicine, and other innovative technologies. This analysis was focused on identifying current trends, changes, and innovations in the field of medical informatics, as well as understanding the impact of these technologies on the quality and efficiency of medical practice.Materials and Methods. An analysis of Russian and foreign open sources, including peer-reviewed specialized scientific journals, articles obtained from electronic search platforms such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Elibrary.ru, as well as reports from Russian and international analytical companies from 2015 to 2023, was carried out.Results. The conducted analysis reveals challenges and prospects in the development and implementation of information technologies in Russian healthcare sector.
