Профессиональный стресс медицинских работников, приводящий к деформациям профессионального спектра, неудовлетворенности качеством жизни и профессиональной деятельности, снижению показателей выполняемых производственных работ и уходу из профессии, нуждается во всестороннем исследовании. Цель – определить направления современных исследований профессионального стресса медицинских работников. Материалы и методы. По ключевым словам «профессиональный стресс медицинских работников» (occupational stress of medical workers) из 136 научных статей за 2025 г., опубликованных в Scopus на платформе Science Direct, для систематического обзора отобрана 21 научная статья, ранее на русский язык не переводившаяся и систематизации не подвергавшаяся. Результаты. Систематический обзор статей Scopus 2025 г. позволил определить направления современных исследований профессионального стресса медицинских работников: 1) специфика коррекции профессионального стресса медицинских работников (38,1%); 2) особенности психологического профессионального стресса медицинских работников (28,57%); 3) специфика физического профессионального стресса медицинских работников (23,81%); 4) разработка современных процедур диагностики профессионального стресса медицинских работников (4,76%); 5) описание детерминации профессионального стресса медицинских работников (4,76%).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. Occupational stress in healthcare workers, which leads to professional deformation, dissatisfaction with the quality of life and work, reduced productivity, and retirement from profession, requires comprehensive research. Purpose. The goal is to identify modern research trends in occupational stress of healthcare workers. Methods and materials. Using the keywords "occupational stress of medical workers", 21 out of 136 Scopus scientific articles published in 2025 on the Science Direct platform were selected for a systematic review. These articles have neither been translated into Russian nor systematized. Results.
