Академический стресс студентов-медиков, приводящий к выгоранию, нарушению сна, невротическим расстройствам, психосоматическим симптомам, ухудшению физического здоровья, нуждается во всестороннем исследовании.</p><p>Цель установить приоритетность направлений совре­менных исследований академического стресса студентов-медиков.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. По клю­чевым словам «академический стресс студентов-медиков» (academic stress of medical students) из 118 научных статей за 2025 г., опубликованных в системе международного научного цитирования Scopus на платформе Science Direct в 2025 г., для систематического обзора отобраны 24 научные эмпирические статьи, ранее на русский язык не переводившиеся и систематизации не подвергавши­еся.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Систематический обзор статей Scopus за 2025 г. дал возможность установить при­оритетность направлений современных исследований академического стресса студентов-медиков: 1) профилактика академического стресса студентов-медиков (33,4%); 2) внешние факторы, влияющие на возникновение академического стресса студентов-медиков (20,8%); 3) внутренние факторы, влия­ющие на возникновение академического стресса студентов-медиков (16,7%); 4) связь академического стресса студентов-медиков с особенностями их эмоционально-волевой сферы (12,5%); 5) последствия академического стресса студентов-медиков (8,3%) и связь академического стресса с особенностями их мотивационно-потребностной сферы (8,3%).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Academic stress in medical students, which leads to academic burnout, sleep disturbances, neurotic disorders, psychosomatic symptoms, decreased academic performance and productivity, anxiety, and deterioration of physical health, requires comprehensive research.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. The aim is to establish the priority areas of modern research on academic stress in medical students.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials. Using the keywords “academic stress in medical students”, 24 empirical scientific articles that had not previously been translated into Russian or systematized were selected for a systematic review from 118 scientific arti­cles published in the Scopus international scientific citation system on the Science Direct platform in 2025.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A systematic review of Scopus articles for 2025 allowed prioritizing the following areas of modern research on academic stress in medical students: 1) prevention of academic stress in medical students (33.4%); 2) external factors influencing the occurrence of academic stress in medical students (20.8%); 3) internal factors influencing the occurrence of academic stress in medical students (16.7%); 4) the relationship between academic stress in medical students and the characteristics of their emotional-volitional sphere (12.5%); 5) the consequences of academic stress in medical students (8.3%) and the relationship between academic stress in medical students and the characteristics of their motivational-need sphere (8.3%).</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>стресс</kwd><kwd>академический стресс</kwd><kwd>современные исследования</kwd><kwd>студенты</kwd><kwd>студенты-медики</kwd><kwd>систематический обзор</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>stress</kwd><kwd>academic stress</kwd><kwd>contemporary research</kwd><kwd>students</kwd><kwd>medical students</kwd><kwd>systematic review</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Калиновская А.А., Синенко Е.А., Грачева А.Е. и др.
