Share of journal articles included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission

The Division of Scientific Activity Monitoring analyzed data on the share of articles in journals included in the Higher Attestation Commission (excluding dedublication) for 15 institutions (4 research institutes and 11 scientific and practical centers) for a five-year period (2017–2021). The results showed that it amounted 50.1% for all the organizations, 51.8% for 11 scientific and practical centers, 47.9% for 4 research institutes. At the same time, while the indicator decreased by 2.4 percentage points (from 52.5% in 2017 to 50.1% in 2021) for 4 research institutes, it was observed an increase for all 15 organizations, as well as 11 scientific and practical centers (by 0.2 percentage points and 2.6 percentage points, respectively) – fig.

Between 2017 and 2021, the Clinical Scientific and Practical Center named after A.S. Loginov published the most articles (70.9%) in journals included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission. The Center was the leader among all the 15 organizations, as well as among scientific and practical centers, while the smallest share (6.0%) was published by Moscow Territorial Scientific and Practical Center for Disaster Medicine of Moscow Healthcare Department. Among research centers, the leader was the Clinical Research Institute of Otorhinolaryngology named after L.I. Sverzhevsky (65.0%).
