Приоритетность направлений современных исследований академического стресса студентов-медиков: систематический обзор статей Scopus за 2025 год

Аннотация

Введение. Академический стресс студентов-медиков, приводящий к выгоранию, нарушению сна, невротическим расстройствам, психосоматическим симптомам, ухудшению физического здоровья, нуждается во всестороннем исследовании.

Цель установить приоритетность направлений совре­менных исследований академического стресса студентов-медиков.

Материалы и методы. По клю­чевым словам «академический стресс студентов-медиков» (academic stress of medical students) из 118 научных статей за 2025 г., опубликованных в системе международного научного цитирования Scopus на платформе Science Direct в 2025 г., для систематического обзора отобраны 24 научные эмпирические статьи, ранее на русский язык не переводившиеся и систематизации не подвергавши­еся.

Результаты. Систематический обзор статей Scopus за 2025 г. дал возможность установить при­оритетность направлений современных исследований академического стресса студентов-медиков: 1) профилактика академического стресса студентов-медиков (33,4%); 2) внешние факторы, влияющие на возникновение академического стресса студентов-медиков (20,8%); 3) внутренние факторы, влия­ющие на возникновение академического стресса студентов-медиков (16,7%); 4) связь академического стресса студентов-медиков с особенностями их эмоционально-волевой сферы (12,5%); 5) последствия академического стресса студентов-медиков (8,3%) и связь академического стресса с особенностями их мотивационно-потребностной сферы (8,3%).
